Fermented for 9 days at 23ºC with 10 days maceration. Lightly clarified, cold stabilised and lightly filtered prior to bottling.

Winemaker's notes
Made primarily from Tempranillo and Garnatxa, this wine stands out for its rounded tannins and silky texture. A typical unoaked red wine with potential to evolve favourabley in the bottle for two to three years. We recommend serving it at 16 ºC.
