Winemaker's notes
Sweet red wine made from over-ripe organically farmed Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. This wine is not classified as organic however, as organic fortifying spirits from copper distilling towers did not exist on the market until 2002 and are not admitted by the CCPAE.
