Winemaker's notes
This white wine is based on the Viogner variety, part of which fermented in french oak barrels, and part in stainless steel. It also contains two experimental varieties recovered from old abandoned vineyards. We believe these varieties to date from the pre-phylloxera period, making them particularly interesting due to their natural resistance to disease.
