None.

Winemaking
Fermented for 25 days at 16 ºC. Macerated for 24 hours prior to fermentation. Lightly clarified, cold stabilised and sterile filtered prior to bottling.

Vine age
Vines planted in 1990.

 

Winemaker's notes
Wine made with 14 hours maceration with the skins and temperature controlled fermentation. Only the wine drawn off the vat (without pressing) is used. It was bottled after five months in stainless steel vats. This young rosé wine, due to it's process of elaboration, will offer the genuine aromas and taste of Pinot Noir for the first two years after bottling. Serve cold.
