One year in new 225 litre French oak barrels and 2 years in the bottle.

Winemaking
Fermented for 8 days at 27ºC. Macerated for 28 days pumped over twice a day. Not clarified nor cold stabilised. It was lightly filtered.

Vine age
Average age: 25 years old.

Winemaker's notes
This wine from the oldest and most beautiful vineyards on the estate is the peak of our winemaking. After fifteen years working with monovarietal wines, seeking the tannins, aromas and colours of each variety, this is the result of our quest for a more complex wine.
