Fermented for 10 days at 27 ºC. Macerated for 15 days pumped over twice a day. Not clarified or cold stabilised. It was lightly filtered.

One year in 225 litre French and American oak barrels.
Winemaker's notes
Given the characteristics of this wine, and it's ageing in French and American oak, it should improve in the coming years developing new nuances, finesse and aromatic potential, if cellared adequately. We recommend tasting it straight away, to be able to enjoy its evolution in the future. Serve between 14-19°C
